Do you offer real wholesale prices?
Yes — we are direct importers, so every customer (homeowner, contractor, reseller) pays the wholesale rate. Bigger orders unlock additional bulk discounts. Send your camera quantity on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
What brands do you sell?
We are authorised dealers for Hikvision, Dahua, EZVIZ, IMOU and UNV — plus surveillance HDDs from WD Purple and Seagate Skyhawk. Every product is genuine with serial-verified local warranty.
Do you deliver outside Lahore / Punjab?
Yes — we deliver nationwide via TCS / Leopards / DHL. Free delivery on orders above Rs.25,000. Customers in 50+ Pakistani cities order from us regularly.
Can overseas Pakistanis order?
Absolutely — many of our customers are in UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA and Europe. Pay overseas (bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, etc.), we install at your Pakistan property and set up Hik-Connect / DMSS / EZVIZ on your phone.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — we issue proper GST / sales-tax invoices for businesses, contractors and government projects. Just request it when ordering on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer (HBL, Meezan, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), credit/debit card on visit, Western Union & Wise for overseas orders.

Is installation really free?
Yes — installation is completely free with any package or 4+ camera order in Punjab cities (Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Multan, etc.). Outside Punjab a small site-visit fee applies.
Do you visit my site before installing?
Yes — we offer a free site survey across Punjab. Our technician visits, recommends camera placement and exact quantity, and gives a fixed quote on the spot. Book on WhatsApp.
Can I monitor my cameras on my phone?
Yes — we set up Hik-Connect, DMSS and EZVIZ apps on unlimited phones, free with every installation. Watch live, get motion alerts and review recordings from anywhere.
What is the warranty and what does it cover?
Every camera, DVR, NVR and HDD includes 1-year local warranty against manufacturing defects. We replace the unit free of cost. Power adapters and cabling are covered for 6 months.
What happens if a camera stops working after installation?
WhatsApp us — we troubleshoot remotely first. If it's a defect, we send a replacement (Punjab same-day in many cases). For non-Punjab cities we ship via courier with priority handling.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes — affordable AMCs starting at Rs.500/camera/year. Includes quarterly cleaning, firmware updates, HDD health checks, and priority WhatsApp support. Ask for the AMC form.
