Warranty policy
Pollo products from our stock list carry a 1-year local warranty handled from our Lahore shop: send the fault on WhatsApp with the model and the date of purchase, we troubleshoot remotely first, and a unit with a manufacturing defect is repaired or replaced. Hikvision, Imou, EZVIZ, Tiandy and Uniview products are supplied on order and carry the brand's official warranty in Pakistan, which we confirm in writing with the order. Keep the invoice and the warranty card; the serial number on the unit must match. Delivery is nationwide, so a faulty unit from another city is sent back to Lahore by courier for the claim.

🛡️ Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
After your warranty period, extend your coverage with our AMC (Lahore only, ask for a quote). Includes cleaning, health checks and firmware updates.
How to claim
- Step 1
Message us on WhatsApp with the model, the serial number, the invoice date and a short description or video of the fault.
- Step 2
We check the unit remotely first: many problems are settings, cabling or power and are fixed on the call.
- Step 3
If the unit is faulty, bring it to the shop in Lahore or send it by courier from another city.
- Step 4
A manufacturing defect is repaired or the unit replaced; a damaged or out-of-warranty unit gets a repair quote first.
