cctvcamera.pk is a Pakistani retailer and authorised dealer for Hikvision, Dahua, EZVIZ, IMOU, UNV, WD Purple, and Seagate Skyhawk surveillance products. Our store is at Cuckoo Market, Walton Road, Lahore Cantt, and we serve customers in 50+ cities across Pakistan.

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
• Prices are subject to change due to exchange-rate fluctuations and supply conditions — we will always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before processing your order
• An order is only confirmed once we send a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or invoice)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability

Every product we sell is 100% genuine. Camera serials are registered with the manufacturer for warranty traceability. We are not responsible for any product purchased from third parties claiming to be us — verify directly via WhatsApp +92 300 1234567 or by visiting our store.

• Discounted installation included with packages and 4+ camera orders within Punjab cities
• Outside Punjab, a site-visit fee applies (waived for orders above Rs.150,000)
• Customer is responsible for providing reasonable site access, electrical power, and safe working conditions for our technicians
• Cabling beyond standard distances (50 m / camera) may incur extra cost — discussed and agreed upfront
• Workmanship is warranted for 1 year

• 1-year manufacturer warranty on cameras, DVRs, NVRs (free replacement for defects)
• 3-year warranty on WD Purple / Seagate Skyhawk surveillance HDDs
• 6 months on power adapters, cabling, and connectors
• Warranty void on physical damage, power-surge damage (use a UPS), tampering, or unauthorised repair

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of cctvcamera.pk or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish without written permission. Product images and brand names belong to their respective manufacturers.

Our maximum liability for any product or service is limited to the price you paid for that specific item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of recorded footage due to HDD failure, missed events while cameras were offline). Always pair surveillance with proper physical security and insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Punjab.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be communicated via the homepage notice bar.
