Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Lahore: free delivery on every order
• Every other city in Pakistan: the courier charge is added to your quote, so you know it before you confirm
• Lahore site visits: free, book one with the quote form

• Lahore (in-store / same-city): Same-day or next-day delivery
• Punjab (Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan): 1 – 2 working days
• Sindh, KPK, Balochistan major cities: 2 – 4 working days
• Smaller towns & villages: 3 – 7 working days

We ship by courier. You receive the tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

1. Add the products to your cart and send the order on WhatsApp from the cart page
2. We confirm the items, the total and the delivery charge on WhatsApp
3. You pay first by bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or cash deposit
4. Once we confirm your payment, we book the order and dispatch it anywhere in Pakistan
5. Inspect the package in front of the courier, refuse it if it is damaged

• Installation is available in Lahore only. It is quoted per job
• Outside Lahore we deliver the equipment only (supply only); your own electrician or installer fits it
• Phone viewing is set up as part of every installation
• Installation typically completes in 4 – 8 hours depending on number of cameras

• Pay from the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA or Europe by bank transfer to our Pakistani account
• Property in Lahore: we deliver and install, and set up viewing on your phone before the team leaves
• Property in any other city: we deliver the equipment to your family by courier (supply only)

Inspect the package before signing for it. If you spot damage, refuse delivery and Contact us immediately with photos. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost. Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery are evaluated case-by-case.

After dispatch, you receive a message with the courier name and tracking number, and you track the parcel on that courier's website.
