Returns & Refunds Policy

• 7 days from delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging — full refund or exchange
• 1 year manufacturer warranty for genuine defects — free replacement, no questions asked
• 3 years warranty on WD Purple and Seagate Skyhawk surveillance hard drives

• Wrong product delivered (different model than ordered)
• Product damaged in transit (report within 24 hours of delivery with photo)
• Manufacturing defect (within warranty period)
• Unopened and unused product in original sealed box (within 7 days)

• Physical damage caused after installation
• Damage from power surges (use a UPS or surge protector)
• Tampering, unauthorised repair, or removed serial sticker
• Cabling, connectors, and consumables after 6 months
• Custom-installed packages where labour cost has been incurred

1. WhatsApp us at +92 300 1234567 with your order details and a photo of the issue
2. Our team will verify the issue and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number
3. Pack the item in its original box (with all accessories) and ship via TCS / Leopards to our Lahore store
4. Once received and inspected (typically within 2 working days), we issue the refund or replacement

• Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 3 – 5 working days after we receive the returned item
• Cash refund: available at our Lahore store
• Cards: 7 – 10 working days (subject to your bank's processing time)

For warranty claims (1 year on cameras / DVRs / NVRs, 3 years on HDDs), we offer free replacement for verified manufacturing defects. Punjab cities: same-day or next-day swap. Outside Punjab: shipped via courier with priority handling. Your camera serial is registered with us so warranty claims do not require the original invoice — just the serial number.

If the issue is our fault (wrong item, manufacturing defect, transit damage), we cover the return shipping cost. For non-faulty returns within the 7-day window, return shipping is paid by the customer.
