Returns & Refunds Policy

• 7 days from delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging, full refund or exchange
• Warranty for manufacturing defects: 1 year on Pollo, the brand's official warranty on other brands (see the warranty page)

• Wrong product delivered (different model than ordered)
• Product damaged in transit (report within 24 hours of delivery with photo)
• Manufacturing defect (within warranty period)
• Unopened and unused product in original sealed box (within 7 days)

• Physical damage caused after installation
• Damage from power surges (use a UPS or surge protector)
• Tampering, unauthorised repair, or removed serial sticker
• Cabling, connectors, and consumables after 6 months
• Custom-installed packages where labour cost has been incurred

1. Send the quote form (choose "Fix, add to or maintain my system") with your order details; we call you back
2. Our team will verify the issue and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number
3. Pack the item in its original box (with all accessories) and send it by courier to the return address we give you with the RA number
4. Once received and inspected (typically within 2 working days), we issue the refund or replacement

• Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 3 – 5 working days after we receive the returned item
• Cash refund: arranged by our team in Lahore

For warranty claims (1 year on Pollo; the brand's official warranty on other brands), a verified manufacturing defect is repaired or the unit replaced. Send the model, serial number and date of purchase with the form. Outside Lahore the unit travels by courier.

If the issue is our fault (wrong item, manufacturing defect, transit damage), we cover the return shipping cost. For non-faulty returns within the 7-day window, return shipping is paid by the customer.
