A society needs gate control, perimeter coverage and the parks and streets, across several entrances, with one control room watching everything. A plaza needs the entrances, lifts, corridors and basement parking on one recorder the management can review. A construction site needs the gate, the material store and the boundary, often on 4G cameras before the power is connected. Questions from real estate clients
Can one control room watch all the gates?
Yes. IP cameras across the society connect over the network to one NVR and screen in the control room, and the management can view them on a phone as well.
Can you add access control at the gates?
Yes, card, fingerprint or face access control for gates, lifts and the management office can be quoted with the cameras.
How is a large society wired?
Over network cable with PoE switches at each block, or over fibre between blocks for long runs, back to the NVR in the control room. The survey decides the route.
Can cameras go on a construction site with no power yet?
Yes. 4G cameras with solar panels cover the gate and the store until the power is connected, then the wired system takes over.
Do you quote for societies through their committee?
Yes. We prepare an itemised quotation the committee or the management company can approve.
