Get QuotePakistanis in Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway and the rest of Europe are four hours behind Lahore (three in summer), so an evening call from Europe reaches our shop before closing. Most families have a house in Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Lahore or Jhelum lived in by relatives, and want the gate and the courtyard covered with a live view shared to Europe.
Paying from Europe
A bank transfer to our Pakistani account, after we confirm the rupee total on WhatsApp.
What people usually order
- ›A wired system on a family house in Gujrat, Jhelum or Lahore, shared with the relatives who live there
- ›A WiFi camera in the courtyard or lounge
- ›Equipment delivered to Gujrat or Mandi Bahauddin for a local installer
How it works from Europe
- 1Send the quote form and tick "I live abroad". Give your own mobile with the country code, and if you like a family member's number in Pakistan for the delivery or installation day.
- 2Our team calls you at the time you choose, plans the cameras with you, and, for a house in Lahore, arranges a free security audit if it is needed.
- 3House in Lahore: we install, test every camera and set up the camera app on your phone abroad. House in any other city: we deliver the equipment to your family by courier, and a local installer fits it.
- 4You watch live and play back recordings from anywhere with internet. The admin password is handed to you, not kept by us.
Time difference: Pakistan is 4 hours ahead of Central Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway) in winter and 3 hours ahead in summer. Pick "Best time to call" in the form and we call you then.
Questions from overseas Pakistanis
Can you deliver to Gujrat or Jhelum?
Yes, by courier to any city or town in Pakistan. Installation is in Lahore; elsewhere a local installer fits the cameras with our guidance.
How do I pay from Europe?
A bank transfer to our Pakistani account after we confirm the total on WhatsApp.
Does the app work in Italian, Spanish or German?
The camera apps are available in most European languages; the camera itself does not care which phone language you use.
Does my family need internet at the house?
Yes, for watching from abroad. Recording works without internet, but the live view on your phone needs WiFi or a 4G router at the house.
What if the power goes off during load-shedding?
Cameras stop recording unless the recorder and cameras are on a UPS or inverter. We include the right backup in the quote if the house does not have one.
Who will be at the house when you install?
A family member or caretaker you name in the form. We call them to fix the day and time.
